Competitive Programs

U.S.A.G. Team

U.S.A.G. Team

Another step up in expectations of the athlete. The gymnast will practice 9 hours a week and compete in sanctioned meets in Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus. These girls will enjoy the element of competition, as well as, team bonding parties, ecommunity events, exhibitions, and a banquet.

Recrational Team

Recrational Team

By try-out/invitation only. This team works at a higher expected level, yet allows for the child to adjuyst to the idea of competition. It is a team, the girls practice 4 hours a week and represent Trics at 8-10 meets in a season. The team participates in community events and enojys team functions including team bonding parties, outtings, and a banquet.

Twister Cheerleading

Twister Cheerleading

By try-out/invitation. An All-Star Cheer program that parctices 4 hours a week and performs at cheer competitions in Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus. The team works to add their collection of wins with 19 National Championships and 3 International Championships. These girls will enjoy the suspense of the compeition, interacting with the community at events, hosting exhibition performances, engaging in team bonding activities, and a banquet.

All Tric Programs

Pre-school – Ages 2 & 3

This class is designed to enhance gross motor skills, coordination, and working with other children. (45 mins)

Ninja Fitness – All ages

Ninja Fitness focuses on Ninja Warrior/Ninja Zone urban fitness.

Training Focuses on:
  • Strength Training
  • Jumping
  • Climbing
  • Flipping
  • Tumbling on the floor – off equipment

Pricing:

1 class a week – $45 a month
2 classes a week – $85 a month

Tiny Tumblers – Ages 3-4

This class will work on the above mentioned skills, coordination, and social interaction, as well as, learn the basics on vault, bars, beam, and floor. (1 hour)

Stars Beginners – Ages 5-9

The student will work on beginner skills on vault, bars, beam, and
floor. (1 hr.)

Stars Intermediate - Ages 5-9

Once the child has mastered the skills of our beginners class, he/she will be challenged to a greater degree in learning the more advanced skills on all events. (1 hour)

Sport Acro - (all ages)

This class is offered to anyone wishing to increase their skill level on floor fundamentals. The student will work strictly on floor. The instructor will drill the students on technique and control of specific skills.(1 hour)

Gym 1 – Age 10-13

Beginner skills will be instructed on the four Olympic events. (1 hour)

Gym 2 – Age 10-13

Intermediate level skills will be taught to this same age group. (1 hr.)

Hot Shots

This class is a more advanced gymanstics class that aids in preparation for our Recrational and USAG Gymnastics Teams (2 hours)

Boys – Age 6 & up

All events will be coached. Body awareness, strength, balance, and control will be the focus. (1 hour)

Sport Acro – All ages

This class is offered to anyone wishing to increase their skill level on floor fundamentals. The student will work strictly on floor. The instructor will drill the student on technique and control of specific skills. (1 hour)

Adult Personal fitness class - 18 & up

Personal fitness class. Stretching, conditioning, and exercise to aide the individual toward overall improved health levels – both muscular & vascular. (1 hour)

Backhand Spring – All ages

A class specific to the skill. (1hour)

Power Tumbling – All ages

Pre-requisite – backhandspring. Student will work on many tumbling skills. (1 hour)

Cheer Class – All ages

This class is for the student who wishes to learn basic cheerleading motions, dance, jumps, builds, and tumbling will be instructed. (1 hour)

Special Needs - (all ages)

Children & Adults with special needs may enjoy exercise and activity in a class designed to work coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness. (1 hr.)

Special Needs Cheer – All

This class will join our Twister program. The individual will work on cheer, chants, jumps, motions, and dance toward a group routine. This group will have the opportunity to go to local competitions and compete against other special needs teams. (1 hour)

High School - Ages 14-19

A class specially designed for our older kids wishing to accomplish the skills of gymnastics on each apparatus. (1 hour)

Hip Hop - All Ages

Students will be taught various dance techniques and choreography. The teacher will refine the dancer’s moves and teach attitude. (1 hr.)
